We would like to invite your business to participate in our 37th Annual Snellville
Days Festival celebration on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2, 2010 as a
sponsor. This year’s theme will be “Community First”. We are expecting over
20,000 people to converge on our community to enjoy the annual event.

We would like to tell you of changes which are taking place this year. For cash
sponsors who are at a level of $500 and above, please contact JRM
Management, Inc. at http://www.jrmmanagement.com. For in-kind (non cash)
sponsorships, which are available at all levels; our office will be handling these.
We currently have a great need for donations of gift certificates or gift cards for
our evening concert door prizes. We hope that you will consider donating gift
certificates or cards for an equivalent sponsorship level. The advertising benefits
are tremendous and we’d love to include you in this great community event.
Acceptable items could include but are not limited to gift cards for home
improvement stores, restaurants, department stores, or credit card branded gift
cards.

Sponsors will receive various benefits, depending on the level. Please review the
attached sponsorship form. All sponsors will be allowed the opportunity to
include marketing pieces, such as coupons in our Snellville Days welcome bags.
All sponsors will have a link to their business on our websites; snellville.org and
snellvilledays.com. All sponsors will have their name on a festival banner which
is carried in the parade as well as displayed in the park during the festival.

We would also like to encourage you to take advantage of the free publicity
offered by participating in the Snellville Days’ Parade on Saturday, May 1.
This is open to everyone and is a creative way to promote your business. Please

The enclosed sponsorship levels identify the benefit package that you will
receive by being a part of this huge community event. If you are interested in
sponsoring this year’s event, please return your application no later than
Wednesday, April 2, 2010.
