2010 Snellville Days Festival Sponsorships are Available!

The City of Snellville will be hosting its 37th Annual Snellville Days celebration on Saturday, May 1st and Sunday, May 2nd, 2010. This year's theme will be "Community First " We are expecting over 20,000 people to converge on our community to enjoy the annual parade, entertainment, children's activities and craft show at T.W. Briscoe Park. You will not want to miss being a part of this exciting community event!

We are currently seeking sponsorship support from all our local businesses. Sponsors will receive many advertising benefits such as listings in the Snellville Community News, the Gwinnett Extra of the AJC, and the Gwinnett Daily Post, along with other promotional ads and possible radio spots (depending on the level of sponsorship). In addition, all sponsors will be listed on the sponsorship board at the festival, on a sponsorship banner in the parade and on the back of our event t-shirts.

Our hopes are that you, too, will take pride in being a part of this great Snellville celebration. Traditionally, our local businesses have been very involved and supportive of this annual festival. Last year our sponsorship total was the highest ever. Our goal is to surpass that total and set a new record this year as well. We would also like to encourage you to take advantage of the free publicity offered by participating in the Snellville Days' Parade on Saturday, May 1, 2010.

This years Sponsors will be handled by JRM Management, Inc. Please visit their website at www.jrmmanagement.com for applications or above to take a look at the Sponsorship Levels available to you. The Sponsorship Levels identify the benefit package that your company or organization will receive by being a part of this huge community event.

"In-Kind" sponsorships of any dollar amount is accepted. Donations and/or "in-kind" sponsorships are also accepted for door prizes and other giveaways at the event. Please contact dpuette@snellville.org for more information about Snellville Days in-kind sponsorship or prize donations."

All sponsors are eligible to place their own flyer or promotional piece in the "Welcome bags" that are distributed to the public by the Snellville Days Committee. All marketing pieces for the Welcome Bags are due by MOnday April 26, 2010.
